Job Purpose
The primary function of this role is to manage the daily operations in the work area, including people, product, and premises. This involves ensuring compliance with company objectives, people & culture, safety, quality & sustainability policies, plan attainment, yield, waste, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness management, empowering factory teams to improve key performance indicators.
