Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in the daily operations of the warehouse, supporting the manufacture and dispatch of custom-made home improvement products. You'll be part of a team that values attention to detail, quality, and maintaining a clean, efficient working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and preparing items for dispatch
* Assisting with goods in/out and stock control
* General warehouse upkeep, ensuring areas are tidy and safe
* Supporting the production team as needed

* Previous warehouse or production experience is preferred but not essential
* Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently as part of a team
* Able to work early morning shifts consistently
