The Role
You will handle a varied and rewarding caseload across the full spectrum of private family matters, including:
* Private Law Children matters
* Divorce and separation
* Financial remedy work
* Cohabitation issues and associated disputes
* Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
* General family advisory work
You’ll have the opportunity to manage your own matters with appropriate supervision (where required), while also supporting senior fee‑earners on more complex cases.
The Candidate
We’re looking for a Solicitor who:
* Is NQ to 5 years PQE with experience or a demonstrable interest in private family law
* Has strong client‑care skills and a sensitive, professional approach to often challenging situations
* Is confident managing files, meeting deadlines, and communicating clearly with clients and colleagues
* Works well both independently and as part of a close‑knit team
* Wants to build a long‑term career in a reputable regional practice
