Operations Administrator
As an Operations Administrator, you play a key role in the success of phs. Working behind the scenes, your skills help keep our Operations Centre running smoothly. This diverse role requires you to coordinate service routes and effectively brief and debrief drivers to enhance delivery and customer service within the Operations Centre. You will act as a link between the Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.
A day in the life of an Administrator at phs will involve:
* Coordinating service routes and briefing/debriefing drivers to improve delivery and customer service.
* Answering calls from service drivers, clients, and Head Office regarding site service.
* Acting as a communication link between Service Drivers and the Operations & Service Manager.
* Distributing work to employees, ensuring completion according to KPIs, and processing data accurately within set timeframes.
* Preparing data and conducting briefing and debrief sessions for drivers.
* Processing completed routes and attendance in real time, and suggesting improvements to the ways of working.
* Monitoring service and delivery progress, resolving issues, and aiming to provide the best service to customers.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
* Excellent service delivery skills
* Strong customer focus and relationship management abilities
* People management and development skills
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations
* A versatile, creative mindset focused on resolving issues and improving service quality
