Our client, a leading organisation in the financial sector, is looking for a dynamic individual to join their Loans Participation Desk as an Assistant Team Leader. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the daily loan processing requirements across the EMEA region while providing support and guidance to a talented team.
Your Role:
As an Assistant Team Leader, you will play a vital role in:
* Managing daily loan processing tasks while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.
* Acting as a referral point for Administrators, providing guidance and training.
* Supporting Team Leaders and Section Head in strategic decision-making and planning.
* Liaising with external stakeholders, including financial institutions and bilateral customers, to ensure seamless loan transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Input loan transactions accurately into the system.
* Monitor queues and reports to ensure all controls are met.
* Provide cover for colleagues and assist in process improvement initiatives.
* Conduct system testing with relevant stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
* A solid understanding of Loans Administration, with current market knowledge.
* Attention to detail and a conscientious approach to work, ensuring zero errors.
* Strong communication skills, both written and oral, to engage with internal and external stakeholders.
* Familiarity with SWIFT payments and legal loan documentation.
