Join Boeing, a leader in aerospace innovation, as the Mission Systems (MS) Solution Integration & Test (I&T) Senior Manager on the Air Proprietary 2 (AP2) Program located in Berkeley, MO.
In this role, you will lead a talented team in developing enabling processes & tools and performing integration & testing of Advanced Mission Systems utilizing modern Open Architecture and Agile development methodologies.

You will ensure high quality integration & testing across a suite of Advanced Mission Systems.

Position Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Leads individual contributors performing engineering and technical activities associated with integration & testing and associated enabling process and tool development.
* Team Execution; Drive programmatic execution for team development activities. Develop, track and communicate metrics to quantify technical and business performance, organize all EVM reporting and analysis.
* Customer Engagement: Interface daily with customers and Boeing program office teams.
* Safety Oversight: Ensure personnel and product safety through rigorous integration & testing.
* Technical Oversight & Engineering Excellence: Establish a culture of proactive technical oversight and risk management while ensuring systems engineering, technical integrity, and mission assurance.
* Process Improvement: Implement and enforce engineering functional excellence in people, processes, tools, and practices, while continuously assessing and updating engineering processes for improvement.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with functional counterparts to ensure process inputs and outputs meet requirements.
* Compliance: Ensure engineering efforts are executed in compliance with established requirements and plans.
* Mentorship & Development: Develop employees’ skills through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations
* Resource Planning: Plan and coordinate allocation of resources to meet program goals.
This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active)
Ability to obtain Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are mandatory for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience):
* Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or technical field
* 7+ years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Demonstrated experience communicating effectively at multiple levels (direct reports, peers, executive leaders, and customers)
* Proven track record of execution in a development environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
* Experience supporting a Proprietary Program
* 2+ years of technical experience in complex mission systems development and integration on tactical aircraft
* 2+ years of experience applying Program Management Best Practices (PMBPs) to include project planning / scheduling and applying Earned Value Management (EVM)
* 2+ years of experience executing in an Agile work environment and implementing Agile Methodologies
* Experience working in MSOSA, Cameo, or similar Model Based Systems Engineering tools
* Experience across multiple phases of the product life-cycle
* Experience with Mission Systems Open Architecture Standards

Typical Summary pay range: $160,650 - $217,350
