You will be speaking to our valued existing customers, identifying and presenting opportunities and cross selling to drive company revenue. We need people who want to exceed targets and are driven to succeed. People who can adapt to change and think outside of the box. If you can tailor conversations from transactional to consultative depending on your customer and have the ability to handle any objections and close sales, this is the role for you! Have you got good time management and are you a good communicator? Are you resilient and do you have a bounce back approach persisting through challenge? Can you show empathy and have experience adapting to different customers and their needs and their aspirations for their company? We have a High Performance Culture at Sage. This is a fast paced environment and we are looking for experienced Sales people. Hybrid role - 3 days in office 2 days at home.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify and present opportunities to existing customers, driving company revenue.
* Close sales and generate revenue, including cross sales.
* Tailor conversations from transactional to consultative, adapt style to customer needs.
* Manage own time effectively while working towards multiple KPIs.
* Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate resilience.
* Engage key decision makers and provide excellent customer service.
* Work to individual and team targets and be self‑motivated, aiming for high performance.


Skills Required

* Previous sales experience, preferably B2B and outbound.
* Strong communication skills and ability to close deals.
* Ability to manage time and work towards multiple KPIs.
* Resilience, positive attitude and self‑motivation.
* Natural talent to flex style and conversation providing tailored approach.
* Excellent customer service skills, including influencing and engaging key decision makers.
* Ambition to achieve targets and personal performance within Sage Sales Small Business Department.
