Materials Administrator Our client, a leading independent Oil & Gas operator, based in Great Yarmouth, are currently seeking a Materials Administrator to join their team. This role works as part of the Warehouse and Planning, Logistics and Materials function. This is a full time, initial 12-month contract. Working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. The role: As the Materials Administrator you will be expected to perform all activities involving the tracking of rental equipment across the business. This includes but is not limited to, data entry onto spreadsheets, invoice checking, querying and reporting to management. Key Responsibilities Include: * Prepare paperwork and goods to be off-hired to their respective vendors within 24hrs of their receipt at the warehouse * Update the Rental Registers from SAP – Expected hires * Update the Rental Registers from Delivery Notes – Establish on hire date * Update the Rental Registers from Consignment Notes – Establish off hire dates * Check inbound manifests for off hire items going to vendor direct from quay side * Checking invoices for quantity of goods (serial numbers where applicable) as well as the on and off hire dates * Checking physical equipment returned to the warehouse * Querying evidenced discrepancies with the Accounts Department * Generating bi-weekly management report * Generating bi-weekly Assets Outstanding Hires Li...
