Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: Bromley Contract Type: Long Term Start Date: September 2025 Duration: Monday - Friday (Full-Time) Description: Prospero teaching is currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join an Ofsted Outstanding academy which require specialist support for certain pupils who require additional support to integrate into a mainstream classroom. The successful applicants will have: · Experience working with ASD, SLD and PMLD · Ability to work with challenging behavior · Previous experience working between the ages of 2 to 19 years old · Valid and enhanced child and adult DBS The role consists of: · Supporting the class teacher · 1:1 time with students · Personal care · Keeping a level of focus and discipline to match the ages and abilities of the students in the classroom · Building good student - teacher rapport.
