Overview
Senior Specialist Clinical Pharmacist (Clinical Trials) at Sarah Cannon Research Institute (SCRI) at HCA Healthcare, London. This is a permanent, full-time role within SCRI UK's Pharmacy Team, currently rated "Good" by the CQC. SCRI is a world-leading clinical trials facility specialising in the development of new therapies and precision medicine for cancer patients.
As the research arm of HCA's global cancer institute, SCRI UK has the ability to offer new anti-cancer drugs in clinical trials and works to transform care and personalise treatment.
Responsibilities
* Provide a pharmacy clinical trials service.
* Assist in the set-up and coordination of pharmacy services at SCRI UK sites.
* Operate within a small team with support from the Pharmacy Manager and Lead Pharmacist, alongside Technicians, to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical services.
What You\'ll Bring
* Relevant Degree in Pharmacy
* Registration with GPhC
* Minimum of 2 years\' experience specialising in Oncology and Haematology
* Minimum of 1 year experience with Oncology and Haematology Clinical Trials
* Post-graduate Diploma or equivalent experience (desirable)
* Completion of the BOPA SACT Verification Passport (Adult Solid Tumour and Adult Haematology) (desirable)
