About the Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3–KS4 in a range of subjects
* Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils who may need additional guidance
* Help maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment
* Assist with lesson preparation, classroom management, and academic interventions
* Gain invaluable classroom experience ahead of teacher training or further study
