Hours and Working Pattern
Full time – 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday as follows:
* Monday: 8:15 am – 5:15 pm
* Tuesday: 8:15 am – 5:15 pm
* Wednesday: 9:15 am – 6:15 pm
* Thursday: 8:15 am – 5:15 pm
* Friday: 8:15 am – 5:15 pm
About the Practice
Bupa Dental Care West Bridgford is a private 5‑surgery practice with modern facilities, a loyal patient base, on‑site parking and a supportive team.
Responsibilities
* Lead and support the dental nursing team.
* Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and manage audits.
* Oversee reception operations and staff rotas.
* Update patient records accurately.
* Set up decontamination of instruments and provide chair‑side clinical support to dentists.
* Undertake reception duties as required.
* Maintain a personable, positive and enthusiastic patient focus.
Qualifications
* GDC‑registered Dental Nurse.
* Experience in a private practice setting.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Patient‑focused, approachable and confident leading a team.
* Passion for delivering excellent care.
