Working as part of the Trust IT team, we are seeking to appoint an experienced IT Technician to join Leigh Academy Dartford as soon as possible. In this role you would play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of our IT services for the benefit of our staff and students. The IT Technician will; * Respond to requests for ICT support in accordance with Help Desk procedures and priorities. To resolve issues within Service Level Agreements (SLA's) assigned by the helpdesk * Support the Trusts Team Leaders with install, support and maintenance of all the Academies Trust IT hardware and services. * Support Trust Projects by carrying out specific testing as directed by the Project Team. Provide reports on testing that has been completed Our successful candidate will; * Be part of a Trust-wide team of approx. 30 IT Technicians with a wealth of experience between them, so you'll be part of a close-knit and supportive group of colleagues * Receive 25 days annual leave per annum (plus bank holidays) which increases to 30 days when you've been employed for 5 years * Have opportunities to work across multiple Leigh Academies Trust sites, expanding your skill-set in a variety of ways * Have access to a range of career development opportunities * Have access to an attractive pension scheme (LGPS) Please be aware that the successful candidate must have a valid UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle, as this position will involve traveling between local sites to cover short periods of absence/holiday and project work
