A leading global biopharma company is looking for a Contract Clinical Operations Lead (COL) to help shape and drive the execution of global clinical trials across all phases. You'll work cross-functionally across geographies, partnering with teams focused on operational innovation, site engagement, and trial delivery.

Your role as Contract Clinical Operations Lead
* Lead the planning and day-to-day execution of global clinical trials, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
* Oversee external vendors and CROs, managing performance and alignment with operational goals
* Coordinate site selection and feasibility activities across countries and regions
* Serve as a key contact for external stakeholders to enhance engagement and support study readiness
* Ensure full compliance with ICH-GCP and relevant regulatory frameworks
* Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support trial delivery, from start-up to close-out
Experience and qualifications for the Contract Clinical Operations Lead role
* Proven experience (3+ years) managing global clinical trials or complex study operations
* Strong understanding of clinical development processes and regulatory requirements
* Background in life sciences or equivalent professional experience
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a remote or hybrid setting
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
* Comfortable working in a matrixed, fast-moving environment with a focus on continuous improvement
This is a contract position. Contractors will be provided with standard onboarding and tools, but are responsible for the quality of their own work. Assignments can be ended with notice.
