Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with both client organisations and exceptional candidates in the digital and marketing spaceDevelop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and organisational culturesSource, screen, and headhunt high-calibre candidates for roles in digital marketing, content creation, social media, SEO, PPC, and emerging digital disciplinesConduct comprehensive candidate interviews and assessmentsManage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing to successful placementConsistently exceed monthly billing and placement targetsLeverage both traditional and innovative recruitment channels, including social media, professional networks, and targeted outreachWhat We're Looking For:
