Pensions Payroll Team
Working on the Pensions Payroll Team, you will need a strong working knowledge of local government pensions, with excellent interpersonal skill and a strong customer service mindset. Attention to detail and accuracy is key for this role together with a competent level of IT knowledge, experience of using Altair would be beneficial.
The Pension Payroll Team involves:
* Running monthly payrolls
* Running weekly immediate and interim payrolls
* Processing complex calculations
* Periodic account closures and year end reconciliation including HMRC reporting
Training will be provided at all stages, along with an introduction to the work carried out by other areas within the Pensions department.
