THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for multi‑skilled Support Engineers to join our Operations Group in Witney. You will provide technical expertise to fault‑find, maintain, and continually improve bespoke automated equipment and processes. The role supports manufacturing operations through preventive maintenance, effective breakdown response, equipment monitoring, and valuable input to maintain process yields and efficiencies. You will also assist the Projects Team in implementing equipment changes.
SHIFT PATTERN
Our current vacancies support a 4 on 4 off days and nights rotating pattern, or a 4 on 4 off nights schedule.
ABOUT YOU
To be successful you will have engineering experience within a manufacturing environment. Your skill set should include the set‑up of precision assemblies, use of machine tools, fault finding, and problem solving. You must have completed a recognised engineering apprenticeship or hold a higher education qualification (e.g. ONC, HNC, HND or degree) in a related subject. Continuous Improvement is valued, so you will be expected to propose and contribute to initiatives that improve our operations. Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to maintain high‑standard record keeping are essential.

* Micro fluid deposition
* Vision systems
* Experience working in a regulated industry (e.g. pharma, medical device)
