Client Service Executive - Remote working, Taunton

**Responsibilities**

* Client Liaison & Servicing: Act as the first point of contact for client queries. Provide excellent customer service to maintain strong relationships with advisers, clients, and support staff across all areas of the business.
* Relationship Management: Work with advisers to ensure all client requests are handled promptly, with clear communication. Hold regular 1:1 meetings to set workflow priorities, manage expectations, and keep clients informed.
* Provider & Third-Party Communication: Liaise with providers and investment platforms to ensure follow-up and escalation of client requests when necessary.
* Administration Support: Provide technical and administrative support to IFA teams, including form pre-population, compliance checks, fact finds, review packs, research, illustrations, and submission of new business cases.
* Maintenance of Client Records: Ensure all client data is accurate and up-to-date.
* Continuous Process Improvements: Identify and suggest improvements to internal processes to enhance client service quality.
* Policies and Procedures: Adhere to internal policies and FCA guidelines.

**Ideal Candidate**

* Experience in a Financial Services IFA support role with knowledge of modern platforms.
* Understanding of financial products such as pensions, investments, and protection.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible.
* Thrives in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and professionalism.
* GCSE grades A-C/5-9 in English and Maths.
