This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a busy, friendly Technical department, supporting the existing team with projects from pre-construction through to delivery.
Responsibilities
* Invoice processing, purchase orders and payment tracking
* Supporting NHBC and Planning portals
* Consultant coordination and document control
* Assisting with CMLs, trackers and technical documentation
* Providing day-to-day admin support to the Technical Team
Qualifications
* Strong administrative experience (house building or construction desirable)
Required Skills
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Confident using MS Office and document management systems
