Your Role as an SEN Teacher
* Deliver a broad, balanced curriculum tailored to meet diverse individual needs
* Support students with SEMH challenges, fostering personal growth and positive behaviour
* Use strong behaviour management and structured lesson delivery to engage students
* Write and review EHCPs (Education Health Care Plans), ensuring targeted, effective provision
* Differentiate and adapt for additional needs, including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Conditions, and Dyslexia
* Model and embed a trauma-informed, therapeutic teaching style in all interactions

What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Confident in planning and delivering engaging, structured lessons
* Experienced or open to working with vulnerable or high-needs learners
* Calm, adaptable, and resilient under pressure
* Passionate about therapeutic and inclusive education
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
* Willingness to teach across different subjects or year groups as required
