We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor who understands and is passionate about the services the Council provide to its residents. You will be experienced in supporting customers, explaining legislation and sourcing the correct information or service they require. You will show a flair for customer service, have excellent attention to detail and understand the importance of getting it right first time. Experience working in a customer contact centre or debt recovery would be beneficial. The opportunity for hybrid working will be considered. Full training will be provided to the successful applicant. This position is for 18 hours per week, working Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am to 3:00pm.
