Join the dynamic team at Fulham Pier, a premier destination renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our match day and non-match day hospitality services. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless service delivery while actively promoting our promotional activities and marketing initiatives. What We're Looking For:
* Coordinate with the Box Host and Hostess at FFC Event and Fulham Pier Sales teams to deliver the daily and match day briefings to the FOH team. Ensure briefings and match-specific training are signed off and submitted to the General Manager.
* Complete all relevant paperwork, including Feedback forms, staffing timesheets, Star of the Match nominations, and cleaning check sheets.
* Oversee and manage bar operations, ensuring drinks service aligns with the agreed package, and investigate and report any stock discrepancies.
* Ensure the aesthetic setup and staffing standards of boxes or event spaces are prepared before opening to guests.
* Meet and greet clients on arrival and conduct satisfaction checks throughout the lounge's operating hours.
* Report service, maintenance, and health and safety issues promptly to the General Manager.
* Provide on-the-job training to hospitality staff, covering box, event space, and kitchen familiarisation; health and safety; emergency procedures; customer service; lounge service; COSHH; licensing. Submit completed documentation to the GM.
* Induct and train new starters and agency staff, providing necessary documentation to the GM.
* Prioritize the safety and well-being of Sodexo employees under your supervision.
What You'll Bring:
* Supervising Food Level 2 qualification
* Health and Safety qualification
* Proven experience in managing client relationships
* Track record of leading, managing, and developing teams
* Experience in similar environments; flexibility to work unsociable hours as required
