Job Description
A leading national firm is looking to appoint a Residential Development Partner to join its highly regarded Living Sector practice. The team is one of the largest of its kind in the UK and advises a wide range of clients on residential and mixed-use development projects, including PLC housebuilders, regional and SME developers, registered providers, land promoters and PRS investors.
The group is consistently recognised as a premier team by clients and in the legal directories and continues to experience significant growth across the Living Sector.
The Role
This is a senior leadership role with national reach. You will:

* Lead on major residential and residential led mixed use development projects
\n

* Work on high value conditional and unconditional contracts, option agreements, promotion agreements, funding arrangements, collaboration agreements and forward commitment structures
\n
\n
* Drive growth within the residential development practice and contribute to the wider strategic direction of the firm

\n
* Play an active role in client relationship management and the development of new business
\n
\n
* Mentor, support and guide more junior team members, helping to shape the next generation of lawyers
