The role of Sales Manager
You’ll be the engine behind our next phase of growth: hiring, coaching and leading a B2C sales team from 2 to 8 advisors. You’ll own day-to-day performance (conversion, revenue, quality) and build a positive, coaching-first culture.
What you’ll do as Sales Manager

Recruit, onboard and develop advisors; run daily huddles, 1:1s and call coaching
*
Set targets, track KPIs (leads → conversions, revenue per advisor, quality/compliance)
*
Optimise scripts, objections handling, and sales playbooks
*
Collaborate with Marketing/Operations on lead quality and workflow
*
Forecast pipeline, report results, and recommend growth moves to leadership
*
Champion compliance and customer experience
About you
*
Proven B2C sales leadership in telesales/contact-centre or similar
*
Comfortable building teams (hiring from 0 to 1 and 1 to many!)
*
Data-driven: you use KPI's/CRM to diagnose and improve performance
*
Strong coaching style: call listening, feedback loops, skill-up sessions
*
Resilient, energetic, and excited by a scale-up, equity-backed environment
*
Ideally somebody based in the Altrincham or surrounding areas
