An opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator to join the Motorsport & Advanced Engineer department in our Kidlington office.
About the role
The Program Coordinator role is to support the existing Program management team in reporting, cost control, deliverable control, outstanding invoice progression etc. for the Motorsport and Advanced Engineering Program Office.
The role ensures that programme costs and performance deliverables are accurately forecasted, monitored, and reported, be ensuring tracking systems are up to date and maintained.
The Program Coordinator will join the Program Managers in partnering closely with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams to provide accurate cost insight, and support change management processes.
What you will do
Cost Management & Control
* Monitor and report on cost baselines and actual spend, proactively escalating misalignments.
* Track and expedite invoice issuing and payment progression
* Track Risks and Opportunities.
* Help prepare monthly reports and forecasts
Forecasting & Reporting
* Help the program managers lead monthly cost reviews with project leadership and provide data to enable management decision-making.
* Produce reports for internal governance, client reporting, and executive reviews.
Change Management
* Quantify and track project changes and variations, ensuring accurate numerical impact assessment.
* Support the change control process by maintaining registers and tracking approvals.
* Work collaboratively with Procurement and Engineering teams to ensure commercial impacts are captured and managed.
Systems, Governance & Process Improvement
* Administer and optimise project databases.
* Bring fresh ideas and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the programme function.

About you
* A-levels in STEM subjects.
* Previous experience not required
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
Core Competencies
* Strong communication and presentation abilities.
* Must be enthusiastic, ambitious, and looking to progress a career in a Motorsport environment
* Must have an analytical problem solving approach
* Ability to learn quickly and be able to be trained in program delivery tool operation
* Attention to detail and numerical accuracy
