The responsibilities of the Sales and Logistics Coordinator: Prepare customer quotations for products and delivery services. Manage and schedule customer orders, ensuring timely progression through the system. Plan and coordinate logistics by liaising with customers and transport providers. Generate and process delivery and dispatch documentation. Communicate with customers via phone and email to provide order and delivery updates. Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams. Perform general office duties as required to support daily operations. The successfully appointed Sales and Logistics Coordinator will have: Experience of working in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
