About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-focused AOG Air Export Clerk to join our client’s fast-paced airfreight operations team. This full-time position follows a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern and is based in London. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing urgent AOG (Aircraft on Ground) shipments, ensuring rapid response, accurate documentation, and seamless delivery. Key Responsibilities * Handling urgent AOG export shipments with speed and precision * Preparing and processing export documentation and customs entries * Booking airfreight shipments and coordinating with airlines and handling agents * Liaising with international offices, suppliers, and customers to ensure timely dispatch * Monitoring shipments and providing real-time updates to customers * Ensuring compliance with all relevant export and aviation regulations * Maintaining clear and accurate records for all export activities * Supporting the export team during high-demand periods Essential Skills & Experience * Minimum 12 months' experience in air export or AOG logistics * Solid understanding of export procedures, especially for time-critical shipments * Experience completing export customs entries * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Familiarity with airfreight systems and Microsoft Office tools * Flexibility to work a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, including nights and weekends What’s on Offer * Competitive salary up to £40,000 depending on experience * Structured 4 on / 4 off shift providing work-life balance * Opportunity to work within a high-performing, supportive team * Exposure to critical airfreight operations and international logistics
