We are looking for a detail-driven QESH (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) Compliance Administrator to help us maintain the highest standards in quality, safety, and compliance.
You'll play a key part in keeping our systems running smoothly — from supporting audits and compliance checks, to creating newsletters, posters, and reports that help promote a strong safety and quality culture across our business.
What you'll be doing:
* Keeping our QESH records, documents, and compliance databases up to date
* Supporting internal and external audits
* Recording incidents, non-conformities, and corrective action
* Preparing QA documentation and client-ready reports
* Helping deliver training, toolbox talks, and communications
* Creating newsletters, posters, and updates that engage our teams
* Contributing to projects that improve how we work
What we're looking for:
* Experience in administration (NVQ Level 2 or similar an advantage)
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Organised, detail-focused, and proactive
* Background in QESH, compliance, or assurance (desirable, not essential)
* Great communication skills — written and verbal

£23,500 – £26,000 pro rata (depending on experience)
