You will provide best practices and service delivery solutions and have a background in pain management. Description Main responsibilities: Collaborate with Service / Team Leads and Regional Managers for prompt service delivery Deliver memorable customer experience with your knack in providing solutions for rehabilitation services and products Build positive relationships with all stakeholders Manage your caseload whilst promoting efficient workflows The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Psychology (or equivalent) Annual practicing certification as a registered health professional Fluent communication skills – you will be collaborating with a whole team!
