At Pendennis, our people are at the heart of our success. We are looking for experienced Project Managers to lead complex, multi-million-pound superyacht refits and new builds. You'll be responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Who we are
Based in Falmouth, Cornwall, Pendennis has built a world-class reputation for creating custom superyachts that combine technical excellence with stunning design and performance. Over the past 30 years we have delivered more than 30 bespoke superyachts, collaborating with many of the world's leading Naval Architects and Yacht Designers.
What you'll be doing
· Managing multi-million-pound superyacht refits and new builds
· Client liaison interface
· Producing and maintaining detailed project schedules
· Estimating costs and controlling budgets
· Analysing performance and producing project reports
· Identifying and managing risks
· Leading change management processes
· Coordinating resources effectively across teams
· Maintaining excellent communication within the project team and the wider business
What we're looking for
Essential:
· Proven experience in project management, ideally in a technical or engineering environment
· Strong commercial awareness and financial acumen
· Excellent computer literacy (including MS Project or similar tools)
· Strong organisational and leadership skills
· Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships
· Excellent communication and report-writing skills
· Proactive, customer-focused, and adaptable approach
· Ability to interpret complex information and present it clearly
Desirable:
Experience in the yachting, marine, or luxury manufacturing sectors
