A global insurance risk business, circa 700 in the UK, are looking for a HR Advisor to join their team of 10. Reporting into the HRD, and working alongside another HR Advisor and HRBP's, you will be resonsible for:
1. Providing generalist support to the HR function, including managing internal and external HR queries.
2. Assist the HRBP's and HRD with developing and improving HR policies along with employee wellbeing.
3. Lead on the full employee lifecycle including contracts, offer letters, onboarding and right to work checks.
4. Oversee any monthly payroll changes, for example, season ticket loans,mission and well-being subsidiaries, with support from a HR Administrator.
5. Manage all family leave processes, including maternity, paternity, Shared Parental etc, whilst supporting the HRBP's with anyplex ER cases that arise.
What you'll need to succeed :
6. Experience as a HR Generalist, ideally at Coordinator level, looking to step up into an Advisor growth role.
7. Understanding of the full employee lifecycle, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders on HR policies.
8. Excellentmunication, with a proactive approach to development.
