Your Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing, dignity, and comfort of our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering personalised, compassionate care tailored to individual needs
Assisting with medication, mealtimes, and daily routines
Providing companionship and encouraging engagement in light, meaningful activities
Supporting mobility and ensuring residents’ physical comfort and safety
Maintaining a tidy, welcoming, and comfortable living environment
Offering calm, consistent, and reassuring support each day
About You
Previous experience in care is preferred but not essential
Naturally kind, patient, and composed under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
