Complaint Handler Location: Belper, Derbyshire (On Site working) Hours: Full-time, 39.5 hours per week Shifts: Shifts between the hours of 8am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday, plus 1 Saturday morning per month Salary: £28,479 £1,500 annual bonus Brook Street is working with a leading contact centre in Derbyshire to recruit experienced Complaint Handlers to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of customer complaints, ensuring successful resolutions and positive outcomes. Investigate cases thoroughly using root-cause analysis, collaborating with internal departments to gather all necessary information. Manage incoming calls, emails, and social media complaints-prioritising responses effectively while maintaining full case ownership. Provide clear, professional written communication and regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders. Minimum Requirements Minimum of 1 year's experience in complaint management or resolution. GCSE grade 4/C in English and Maths (or equivalent) is essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
