Job Summary
Analyze data to improve and update business systems, investigate problems, and support product management to evolve existing products and facilitate new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and maintain community compliance questionnaires, ensuring high detail and alignment with business requirements.
2. Coordinate questionnaire review processes, collaborating with internal teams to meet stakeholder needs, uphold quality standards, and adhere to deadlines.
3. Configure changes in internal systems, ensuring accurate implementation and smooth deployment.
4. Work with development and QA teams to raise change requests and enhancements, managing them through to release.
5. Analyze large data sets to identify trends, solve problems, and support data-related enhancements.
6. Participate in product management activities across the business as your experience progresses.
Key Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
* Interest in data analysis
* Interest in reviewing and configuring detailed questionnaires
* Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines
* Knowledge of subscription services (not essential)
* Experience working in a growing business
* Understanding of information security requirements and compliance
Qualifications and Skills
* A degree or equivalent qualification
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
* Working knowledge of CRM systems (desirable)
* Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences
* High accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
* Positive attitude towards change and solution-oriented thinking
* Strong analytical skills with an evidence-based approach
* Interest in business and product development
* Basic understanding of information technology
Additional Information
Training will be provided on specific applications.
The company supports a blended working policy requiring two days in the office and three days remote, subject to review.
