Job Opportunity: IT Facilities Admin

Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with one of the largest global logistics companies. Due to increased workload, they are seeking an IT Facilities Admin to join their team on a permanent basis.


Job Summary

* Location: Slough, Berkshire
* Type: Temp-to-perm
* Salary: £23,000 per year


About the Role


Key Responsibilities:

* Supporting IT needs internally and externally
* Communicating with all UK site IT teams
* Setting up new colleague IT systems
* Managing equipment register
* Managing CCTV network for the site
* Coordinating office and facilities services
* Managing building maintenance and environmental protection tasks
* Arranging maintenance services
* Assisting with HR duties
* Performing any other ad-hoc duties as required


About You


Candidate Expectations:

* Confident in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Working Days, Hours, and Salary

* Monday – Friday
* 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (some flexibility required)
