Responsibilities
* Liaising with customers over the phone and by email to ascertain the correct contact details are taken
* Chasing documentation and checking contract information by email and phone
* All associated admin duties
Qualifications
* Should have a good attention to detail
* Must have worked within an office environment and enjoy working in a team
* Will have an admin background with customer service skills
* Be IT literate with a great telephone manner
In return you can expect a salary of £26400 plus pension and free parking, working Monday to Friday days. Please note this is office based Monday-Friday not hybrid
