Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across multiple business units
* Build and manage customer journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance engagement and retention
* Develop segmented, data‑driven communications and automated triggers based on customer behaviour
* Own the customer lifecycle strategy, from acquisition through to loyalty and advocacy
Qualifications
* Proven hands‑on experience developing CRM campaigns and collaborating across teams to align with wider business goals
* Confidence in building trigger‑based and lifecycle journeys (e.g. onboarding, retention, lapsing) to drive customer engagement
* A blend of creativity and attention to detail, with a strong appreciation of data to inform continuous improvement
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a collaborative, proactive mindset and passion for fast‑paced environments
