We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery in Downham Market. If you have a passion for early childhood education and a solid understanding of the EYFS, this is your opportunity to make a real impact on young children's lives.
Your Role:
Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Track and celebrate children's progress and achievements.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture.
What We're Looking For:
Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
Experience working with children in an Early Years setting
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
