We are now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who can take ownership of Public Sector recruitment and help grow this capability within the business.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a high performing permanent recruiter who wants to build a meaningful desk in a specialist market.
You will be responsible for:
• Winning and delivering permanent recruitment mandates within Public Sector Sector
• Building relationships with business across government, regulators and public finance institutions
• Managing full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
• Developing a strong candidate network across finance, investment and risk functions
• Driving revenue growth and building a scalable desk within NINE
You will have the autonomy to shape your market and grow your own revenue stream within a highly credible brand in the public sector.
Your Background
We are looking for someone who is commercially driven and confident winning business.
You will likely have:
• Strong experience in permanent recruitment
• Experience recruiting within Senior level hiring
• A track record of winning and delivering roles independently
• Confidence building relationships with senior stakeholders
• A sales focused mindset with strong ownership of your desk
