Key Responsibilities
As a key member of the Hospital at Night team, you will perform a range of essential clinical tasks, including arterial blood gas (ABG) sampling, and provide indispensable support to Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), doctors, and ward staff to ensure safe and effective patient care.
Extended clinical tasks to support urgent and emergency care; collaborate with ANPs, doctors, and ward staff to respond swiftly to patient needs; maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality while working efficiently during out‑of‑hours, twilight shifts and weekends. Demonstrate flexibility to work out‑of‑hours, including twilight shifts and weekends.
Qualifications and Requirements
Strong commitment to patient safety and care. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience with clinical procedures relevant to the role is preferred.
Eligibility: Must become a member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme prior to appointment. Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom, evidenced by appropriate visa or settled status. Apply only if you have or can secure the right to work in the UK.
