You will act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders manage teams effectively, navigate challenges and build engaged, high performing teams. The role combines strategic input with hands on delivery, supporting consistent and effective people practices.
Key responsibilities include partnering with senior stakeholders on people strategy and workforce planning, supporting performance management and employee relations, advising on organisational effectiveness and retention, and driving improvements across HR processes and systems.
