Hybrid – Office based in Worcestershire 2-3 days a week + in the Field

A leading international manufacturer of construction products is continuing to grow and is now looking to appoint a Key Account Manager to develop & expand key client relationships across the UK.
This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role working with specialist contractors and manufacturers across the construction sector.

Responsibilities
Promoting a broad portfolio of construction products to specialist contractors and manufacturers, including:
* Roofing Specialists
* Façade & Fenestration Contractors
* Bricklaying Contractors
* Modular Building Manufacturers
* Drylining Contractors
Typical sales values range from £1K to £500K, requiring you to work with a range of decision-makers including:
* Construction Directors
* Senior Project Managers
* Technical & Installation Managers
* Estimators
* Procurement Professionals
Required experience
* Strong key account management & relationship-building skills
* Experience of selling Building Materials or Construction Products to Contractors
* A track record of growing & developing existing accounts
* Confidence presenting & influencing senior stakeholders
* Excellent face-to-face & telephone communication skills
* Driven, credible account management professional
Pay range and compensation package
* £50,000–£60,000 basic salary (DOE)
