We are seeking a Lead Fire ICT Engineer to join the Fire ICT team and assist Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service on their Digital and Data transformation across a range of exciting projects.

Your role and responsibilities:
* Manage incoming service requests via ITSM, email, or phone, allocating tickets to engineers and escalating complex issues as needed.
* Lead daily support for IT infrastructure, networking, and datacentre systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and monitoring.
* Oversee and maintain critical communication systems such as radio, telephony (ICCS), and emergency alerting platforms.
* Ensure data security and policy compliance while mentoring ICT engineers through training and technical guidance.
* Lead ICT projects and participate in the on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support for essential systems.
