Job Responsibilities for our Manufacturing Cell Leader:
* Lead a team to meet daily production goals.
* Assign tasks and track performance, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
* Hold daily briefings and communicate across shifts and departments.
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and lean practices.
* Work with quality, maintenance, and engineering to resolve production issues.
* Track and report key metrics like OEE, scrap, downtime, and output.
* Support team training and conduct performance reviews.
* Drive continuous improvement efforts like 5S, Kaizen, and SMED.
* Enforce Health & Safety policies and conduct risk assessments.
* Keep accurate records of production, quality, and team performance.
Skills/experience required:
* IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Health & Safety qualification.
* Previous experience in Manufacturing assembly sector.
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a manufacturing or engineering discipline.
