PPE and Workwear Field Sales UK SOUTH\nThe Role as a Field Sales Executive:\nAs a Workwear and PPE Specialist, you'll be responsible for:\n * Sales & Client Engagement\n * Identify client needs and provide expert advice on appropriate PPE and workwear solutions\n * \n Build and maintain strong B2B customer relationships\n * \n Manage enquiries, resolve customer concerns, and close sales opportunities\nProduct Expertise\n * \n Maintain in-depth knowledge of PPE and workwear products, including compliance and certifications\n * \n Keep up to date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and innovations\n * \n Support procurement teams by identifying and sourcing new products\nRelationship Building\n * \n Represent Complete at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings\n * \n Develop supplier relationships to support the expansion of product offerings\nCompliance & Certification\n * \n Ensure all products meet relevant UK/EU safety standards\n * \n Provide accurate and up-to-date certification information to clients\nTeam Collaboration\n * \n Work closely with internal teams including marketing, sales, and procurement\n * \n Assist with training and product education across departments\nWhat We're Looking For as the Field Sales Executive:\n * \n Proven experience in PPE or workwear sales (preferably B2B)\n * \n Strong knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements\n * \n Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills\n * \n CRM system experience\n * \n A proactive, team-oriented approach\n * \n Full driving licence may be required for this role\nBenefits for the Field Sales Executive Include:\n * \n Enhanced annual leave\n * \n Career development opportunities\n * \n Access to training and professional support\n * \n Being part of an established and respected brand\nBlue Arrow is proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and is committed to helping find great work opportunities for great people
