We act as a digital outsourced regulatory department, helping clients establish effective internal regulatory functions. Our focus is on emerging technologies in crewed and uncrewed aviation, advanced air mobility, and U-space.

Job title: Senior Consultant, Aviation Technology (Remote Identification Focus)
Location: London, UK (near metro station Blackfriars)
Working hours: full‑time / 40 hours per week
Work model (weekly): 4 days office presence during probation, possible to change to 3 days after probation.
Responsibilities
* Support our global consulting team in complex UAS and UTM-ATM related projects.
* Engage in the technical and regulatory aspects of Remote Identification (RID) solutions, providing expert advice on a wide variety of subjects including (but not limited to):
* Remote Identification standards
* Broadcast and Network RID technologies
* Communication systems
* UAS integration with UTM systems
* Data exchange, interoperability and compliance
* Support implementation and validation of RID solutions across different operational environments.
* Work as client‑side advisor/support to manufacturers, operators and regulatory authorities on RID compliance and deployment strategies, maintaining a high level of integrity and independence.
* Contribute to the assessment and integration of UAS technologies within evolving regulatory frameworks.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, aviation, IT, or a related technical field.
* At least 4+ years of relevant experience.
* Knowledge of UAS technologies and capabilities, as well as Remote Identification standards and systems.
* Understanding of communication technologies and system integration principles.
* Professional level English language proficiency. Additional language skills in Spanish, German, Arabic would be a plus.
Preferred Skills
* Familiar with EU and international RID regulatory frameworks; understanding of data exchange protocols and interoperability within UTM ecosystems.
* Excellent time management skills, self‑discipline, and communication abilities.
* Experience with testing, validation, or compliance of UAS systems.
