About the Role
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading compliance company for a Reports Administrator to join their team. This is an ongoing temporary position where you will play a key role in producing and reviewing reports to ensure accuracy and compliance before they are sent to clients. The role is repetitive but essential for maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and format reports using data from the service management system.
* Check spelling, grammar, and compliance standards before reports are issued.
* Liaise with field operatives to resolve discrepancies or incomplete information.
* Upload reports to customer portals and ensure timely delivery.
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent attention to detail and strong English skills.
* Patience and ability to focus on repetitive tasks.
* Experience with PDF editing tools (Foxit or Adobe Acrobat).
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel).
* Highly organised, proactive, and a team player.
