Job Description Job Title : Relief Assistant Manager Location : Grove House, Kelso Hours: Relief/Casual Contract : Relief/Casual Salary* : £17.78 - £19.51 per hour / £32,465.07 - £35,622.32 pro rata per annum Qualifications : SVQ 3 or equivalent is desirable but not essential. Contribute to the management and delivery of high-quality care and support at home in line with SSSC Codes of Practice and National Care Standards. Provide leadership and direction in supporting the development of team members. Work productively in conjunction with their team to ensure the physical, emotional and social needs of the service users are appropriately met. Promote the health and well-being of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way.
