FP&A ManagerLocation: DudleySalary: Up to £75,000Type: PermanentRobert Walters Group are currently supporting a leading business in Dudley during a period of growth and transformation in their recruitment of a FP&A Manager. You will sit at the heart of value creation, partnering closely with senior leadership, operational teams, and stakeholders.The role offers high exposure, genuine influence over strategic decision-making, and the chance to shape how financial insight drives performance across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesFull ownership of the FP&A process, establishing best practice from scratchLead the annual budget, quarterly forecasting cycles, and long-range planningBuild and maintain corporate financial models, including P&L, cash flow and balance sheetPrepare and deliver quarterly board reporting, translating financial data into commercial insightPartner with the senior leadership on ad-hoc analysis, reporting and value-creation initiativesWork closely with the operational managers to set and challenge budgetsDevelop weekly KPI reporting, working alongside the data team to create meaningful, business-focused dashboardsProvide commercial insight to support strategic decisions, revenue optimisation and performance improvementAct as a key finance business partner, complementing the Finance Manager who owns financial accuracyAbout YouQualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)Proven, hands-on FP&A experience - comfortable operating independently in an FP&A environmentDemonstrable experience running budgeting and forecasting processes end-to-endStrong financial modelling capability (either built your own or significantly enhanced existing models)Commercially minded, able to 'talk the business' rather than just the numbersConfident working with senior stakeholdersComfortable in a change environment and motivated by building, improving and adding valueRobert Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidatesTPBN1_UKTJ
