We are looking for an Operations Technician – Process to support the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our production facilities. This role is suited to someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality in a cGMP-regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate equipment in compliance with cGMP and SOP requirements; accurately document all activities.
* Perform routine testing to support process quality and yield improvements.
* Complete planned and unplanned maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
* Troubleshoot equipment and process issues, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
* Maintain accurate records including batch documents, work requests, and requisitions.
* Support equipment upgrades, installations, and improvements to operating procedures.
* Follow safe operating practices, report EHS incidents, and participate in investigations.
* Use process control systems and business tools such as CMMS, Outlook, and SAP.
* Maintain required training and take part in ongoing performance and development processes.
Qualifications
* Experience in a cGMP or regulated manufacturing environment is an advantage.
* Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
* Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
